  • Eat healthily. You must have good eating habits. Include foods that provide nutrients and vitamins, such as folic acid, in your diet.
  • Exercise. There are several activities that can help you be more active and avoid fatigue. For example yoga, pilates, walking or swimming.
  • Hydrate yourself continuously. It is recommended that you drink 2 liters of water a day. Dehydrating yourself can cause you problems. So, never forget to bring a bottle of water with you.
  • Avoid the vices. They are the great enemies of your baby’s development. Some of them can be tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
  • Avoid raw foods. If you consume them you run the risk of contracting some diseases caused by some bacteria.
  • Do exercises for the perineum. In this way your birth will go smoothly and without problems.

It is true that you have experience, but don’t trust it. Remember that every pregnancy is different that every baby has different needs. You also have a lot to learn from this second pregnancy.
